Cancer Survivors Need Long Term Care

A new article explores the long term effects of cancer care, and the unique needs of survivors. With 18 million cancer survivors expected to be alive in the United States by 2022, this follow up care is important. It may require more education of a primary care provider and/or coordination between the oncologist and primary care provider.
